AirFryer Bakes



Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup warm milk

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients, gradually adding liquids. 
  2. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and pulls away from your hand.
  3. If using a bread machine, put all ingredients in the mixer, turn on and let the machine knead into a dough ball. 
  4. Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes then separate, to form your bakes for frying. 
  5. Place flat into the airfryer 
  6. Set airfryer at 320F for 10 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes, open the airfryer.  The top should be golden brown. Flip the bakes over and close the airfryer for another 5 minutes.

This recipe yields approximately 8 bakes.
